If this is your first visit to the account access for your DayPak and/or FlexPak account(s), you will need to change your User I.D. and password. Initially, your User I.D. is your social security number. Your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number. This tutorial will walk you through how to create a new User I.D. and password.
